How We Work.

We take pride in our structured architectural process, which adheres to the six standard work stages for every project. However, we go far beyond these basics.

Our comprehensive approach ensures that your project is truly unique.

The client’s specific needs, overall project objectives, budget constraints, timeline expectations, and essential site requirements are carefully established during the initial planning phase.

Additionally, we set clear timeline expectations to guarantee that all parties are aware of the project schedule and deadlines. Finally, we identify essential site requirements, which are crucial for ensuring that the project's execution aligns with both logistical and operational necessities.

The initial design concept is carefully developed in direct response to the specific requirements outlined in the brief, as well as the budgetary considerations and site constraints we are working within.

During this stage of the process, we thoroughly test the feasibility of the proposed solutions, ensuring that they not only comply with relevant regulations but also meet the desired functionality.

The approved concept undergoes a meticulous refinement process, transforming it into well-coordinated architectural and technical designs that reflect both creativity and functionality.

During this phase, input and expertise from a diverse range of disciplines and consultants are thoughtfully integrated. This collaborative approach ensures that the designs align seamlessly with the complexities of the project.

Comprehensive and intricate drawings, along with precise specifications and detailed tender documentation for the construction project, are meticulously produced to ensure clarity and accuracy.

Following this, contractor pricing is systematically obtained from various bids, and each submission is thoroughly evaluated to determine the best fit for the project requirements.

Once the evaluations are complete, appointments with the selected contractors are finalized, paving the way for a seamless transition to the next phase.

During the construction phase, the building contract is diligently administered to ensure that all aspects of the project are systematically managed.

Progress is closely monitored on-site to maintain a clear understanding of how the work aligns with established goals. Key factors such as quality, cost, schedule, and compliance are meticulously reviewed and assessed against the original design intent.

This comprehensive process helps to identify any deviations early on, ensuring that the project remains on track and meets the expected standards throughout the construction process.

Once the completed works have been thoroughly inspected, any outstanding defects are promptly addressed to ensure that everything meets the required standards.

In addition to this, all relevant certificates, manuals, and as-built information are meticulously compiled and handed over to the client.

This comprehensive process ensures that the project is finalized effectively, allowing for a smooth transition to completion and occupation.

This stage involves the active monitoring of the defects that could become apparent during or post occupation.

The contractor & sub-contractors are legally held to rectify any possible defects before final claims/retention funds are released. This is done primarily to protect the client.

The performance of the building is thoroughly assessed, including how energy efficient the building is during operations.

The client's/occupant's feedback is obtained and recorded for any improvements.

As part of this, the client is assisted with planned maintenance schedules, asset registers, future refurbishment planning, space & management support.
